Data we collect

• Account data: email address and auth identifiers.
• App data: projects, tags, and time entries you create.
• Google integration data: OAuth tokens and selected calendar IDs.
• Read-only Google Calendar events for the connected account when requested by you.

How data is used

Data is used only to provide core app features. Google Calendar data is used only to show read-only calendar events in tinytime's calendar day view.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in Supabase infrastructure. Google OAuth tokens are stored for connected integrations until you disconnect your account or request deletion. Calendar events are fetched on demand and are not permanently stored for unrelated processing.

Sharing

tinytime does not sell personal data and does not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

Your controls

• Disconnect Google access from tinytime settings.
• Revoke tinytime access from your Google account security settings.
• Request account and data deletion by emailing privacy@tinytime.work.

Google API Services User Data Policy

tinytime's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

tinytime only uses access to read-only Google Calendar data to provide user-visible calendar overlay functionality inside the app. This data is never used for advertising, sold to data brokers, or used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
